Review: HI,I was getting a pedicure at angel tips nail salon and asked the woman to cut my cuticles more. She made a gesture towards my toes and started talking in another language at me (not to me, but at me). She didn't cut them anymore and then cut the nails on my two middle toes crooked. I asked her to fix it and again she started talking at me in another language, that I don't speak. When she painted them she wound up painting parts of my toes in addition to my nails. I was upset that she hadn't listened to me and decided to leave without getting my manicure after paying her and giving her a tip. I go there often and it's not usual that the service is so bad so I figured it was a one off. A few minutes after I left I called and spoke to the manager and asked if I could make an appointment with the woman who I've had before that I know does a good job. She said I could come at 6:30, I told her I could be there by 6:35, she said that was fine. I got there at 6:35 and the woman I had made an appointment with had just started with another client, which means it would have been an additional 45 minutes (at least) before she could take me. I know I was frustrated so I left and called back to speak to the manager who told me that the woman I had made an appointment with had waited 15 minutes for me and couldn't wait any longer so she had to take another client. I called at 6:40, so it wasn't even 15 minutes past my appointment, which I had arrived on time for. I tried to talk to her about it and told her that it was poor customer service, and she hung up on me. I called back, she hung up on me again. I called back and asked to speak to the owner, or have the owner's name and number and she told me she was the owner and hung up on me. I have never been treated so poorly before in my life. It's one thing to get poor customer service, but another to not even be able to approach someone about it. Now I have to spend another $25 on a pedicure, which is kind-of ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I would like at least the $20 back that I spent on the pedicure (they can keep the $5 tip). An apology would be nice, but I'll settle for the $20.

Review: I went to this nail salon as a new customer on a Friday in May 2014. The services I needed were a gel fill. The technician who provided these services was "[redacted]". She tried to enforce on me her own opinion of length, shape and color which was pretty irratating, I believe customers should have the right to have services provided their way. The service I received were horrible and not customer friendly. My set was ruined. During me making payment, the nail technician questioned about her tip. Fast forward to Sunday, one of my tip started to crack. I returned to the salon to have my nail fixed. While being services the nail technicians were talking a almost one another. She made my nail narrow and not even to the rest of my nails so I asked if she can fix it. She refused and the manager refused. The manager started to raise her voice and I asked her to lower her tone she was going to continue to talk to me. The manager then said she is not going to fix the mistake her nail technician made and the only nails that were going to get fixed were the one her technician narrowed out. I became upset! I told her I went into her salon with my nails ok and left with a horrible looking set because of the services that were provided. She was beyond rude, as well as her workers. I was even threaten with a call to the police. Who provides these types of services to customers, especially first time customers. Again, horrible service. It's all about money!Desired Settlement: The services paid for totalled to $42.22 ( this included tax and a tip of $5.00). I would also like for a set replacement. Gel set including color totals to $80.00.
