Angel Upholstery

Angel Upholstery installed piping that does not even come close to matching the diameter of the original piping. It also is not uniform.Angel Upholstery replaced the piping on my seat back with piping that does not come close to matching the original piping as is on the seat bottom. His replacement is about twice the diameter of the original. It looks terribly homemade and out of place compared with the other seat back and 2 seat bottoms on the car.I asked Angel about 3 times if he could buy the correct size piping. He said he could not; but he can fabricate piping that is the same diameter and appearance as the existing piping.When I picked up the seat, I first examined it. I then came upstairs to talk with Angel. Angel said they screwed up the job. I told him it was a terrible job, and asked if he would still charge me the $150 estimated fee. He charged me $140. I paid with a credit card so I could take the seat home.The problem date is the purchase date, and pickup date 06/19/2015. The business owner known as Angel provided the estimate of $150, and final price of $140. He consulted with, I suppose an employee downstairs about the job. This employee assured me that he could faithfully reproduce the original piping from vinyl material and upholstery piping. I assume that the employee did the work.Desired SettlementRefund my money.Business Response I Angel owner of Angel upholstery would want to say that I am very sorry for the work that was done. I understand my customer and yes we take all fault about the work that was done. The work was not done right and I am very sorry that we were not able to fix the problem. We always try to do the best we can and in this case we will refund the customer. Consumer Response I replied to keep this case open. I have received no payment. Please do as I asked, and leave this case open. Please contact Angel Upholstery and request that he makes the refund payment he promised.
