We put this particular client on there own list and made it known to our maintenance workers that put out all flowers every year that his flowers need to be outHe has been refunded and then was put on this listCurrently his flowers are out there and we have not received any notification of any recent issue with the flowersWhen new flowers are put out they are not all put out in day, but the dead flowers at the end of the season are removedHe may have visited during the new flower season were we remove the dead ones and place the new ones on there ASAPWe corrected every situation promptly and gave him our sincere apologies

We have 425 clients participating in the flower and hanger program, This is the only complaint we have received. His hanger and Flower was missing and we fixed the problem right away, also issued him a refund and gave him free months on the program. We also have had clients take hangers/flowers off...

of other peoples plots and place them on there own which is out of our control until it's time to put out the new flowers and check each individual plot that is on the program.

He has been refunded and then was put on this list. Currently his flowers are out there and we have not received any notification of any recent issue with the flowers. When new flowers are put out they are not all put out in 1 day, but the dead flowers at the end of the season are removed. He may have visited during the new flower season were we remove the dead ones and place the new ones on there ASAP. We corrected every situation promptly and gave him our sincere apologies.

they forgot to mention that this has happened  5 times out of the 8 years my pet has been buried there. this isnt a isolated incident. they did not fix the problem right away. I had to call several times and drive down there to check several times. and they didnt give me any refund this year. I got a refund 2 years ago for a previous incident. I was promised a call from the owner but he never called. I talked to him 2 years ago and he promised it would never happen again and it did.
