Ordered clip on veneers on 5-14-2020 and haven't received. Tried several times to contact the company with zero response. I want my money back

Reached out to the owner via email, dm on her business and private account and commented on some of her posts to get back to me on missing product.
Purchased may 1st, but didn't receive until June 8th even though it was sent out May 12th. Ordered a single pair called feathers and a set of multiple lashes called ice cold. When the order finally came in (online it said BOTH would come in together) I only received the one lash feathers and no receipt. I've contacted the owner via email, no response, reached out via her business And private *** again no response, left comments on her posts asking her to please message me Back and someone asked below my comments how was my shopping experience and she deleted the comments. I left another comment saying how horrible her customer service was and she deleted that too. She full well knows what she's doing and her website should be shut down.

At this point I'd like a refund but her website says no refunds but if I'm not going to get the products that I paid for nor at this point do I even want them. This was a totally horrible experience!

I've supported her business about two years ago in 2018 when she was a bit newer. It's interesting that her customer service and shipping speed was much better when her business was newer than as it is after she became more popular and successful. This company's shipments take longer than advertised, and there is never any follow-up. You can reach out multiple times, over several days up to weeks, and get either a) a complete lack of response despite a "read" receipt, or b) a completely ignore unanswered message entirely. The team is clearly understaffed and overproducing at a rate they cannot match and are irresponsibly mishandling orders and customers with terrible service, while leaving customers wondering where the heck their order is. It will take at LEAST a month or two to be finally delivered, despite a "2-6 day shipping" quote. It literally took me an entire chewing out over the internet for her to even CREATE a disclaimer on her website regarding shipping and order times. Ive also had two separate orders arrive INCORRECT with MISSING ITEMS and she was hardly willing to refund me. It took me an extra few weeks to submit a claim that the owner Gisselle took NO part in expediting. She simply waited for the claim to automatically fix itself after the waiting period. Complete lack of respect and effort on her part. No respect for her company anymore.

horrible horrible HORRIBLE... Scam on top of scams... Keep your coins and go elsewhere. you will never get your stuff and she will ignore you when you ask her about it... She charge you for priority shipping and you still dont get your stuff. smh

Never received orders
I ordered over $80 worth of product and have yet to receive any. I was sent a shipping label confirmation but it's been weeks and they still havent actually been shipped. I reached out to the company about a month after ordering to inquire about my orders (*** and ***) and was ignored. I then asked for a refund and was ignored again.

I order 2 pair of lashes on Nov. 12, 2019. I received an order confirmation and nothing further. The order still hasn't shipping.
The order number is $***. The subtotal was $9.98 with shipping cost of $4.50, bring the total to $14.45. I paid using a debit card. I ordered two pair of lashes, Kawaii style, on November 12, 2019. I immediately received an order confirmation, but nothing since then. I have sent nervous messages via *** and Email inquiring about the status of the order. All my messages have gone unanswered.

I would like an immediate refund to my card used to purchase the items. I no longer want the lashes.

They took my money and never sent what I ordered, ignored me for 7 weeks, then blocked me on *** when I asked for a refund.
I ordered 8 pairs of false eyelashes from Angel Wings on October 18th - order number *** - and after about 4 or 5 weeks I messaged them on *** to ask if they were still going to send them. I can't see exactly when I messaged them now because they blocked me when I requested a refund. They never replied so I messaged again. It was then that I noticed they turned off commenting on all of their posts. I would see people complaining and asking for their products or for their money for products never sent and then later the comments would be gone. It got to where those were the only comments being left so I'm guessing that's why they turned commenting off. I kept ordering from them because I had supported this business for a long time. I have screenshots of their policy and shipping says it should take 2 - 6 days and an extra few days at high volume times. It had been about 6 whole weeks when I wrote them through *** asking if my order was going to be sent. They still never replied so I tagged them in a post on *** to ask if they could just give me a refund, because I had tried contacting and I had waited more than long enough. That's when they decided to just block me instead. And I still don't have my product or my money back. I now see that all the stories people shared about being screwed over by them are true and this is very upsetting because I have been a huge supporter of this brand. And whenever I asked about my order, I was nothing but polite. So to be blocked for asking for my money back for an order I never recieved is very upsetting. Back in December of last year, after a month of waiting for an order they cancelled it out of nowhere. I can include lots of information about the other things they've done and said to people (publically bashing people and sharing their username when they've asked for their money back for products never sent) but I don't know if that would even make a difference. I am still trying to get my money back right now. It's now been 7 weeks since I ordered and I have filed a dispute with *** and as of now, Angel Wings still hasn't replied. Myself and a ton of other people have been screwed over and this business shouldn't be allowed to keep making money from people while scamming them. I hope this complaint makes some sort of difference. Thank you for your time and for reading my complaint.

All I want from this business is my money back, or I want the exact things I ordered almost 2 months ago sent to me. I just want this fixed. After this, I will never shop from them again as they blocked me and have zero customer service.

I placed an order early October and to date, haven't received ANYTHING. I reached out to the company over 10 times with no response.
I placed an order on October 15 2019. Money was immediately taken from my account and that was it. I never received an email with shipping/tracking info and I certainly didn't receive my order.
I placed my order during a big "sale" so I gave the company a 'grace period' because I understand some of these online businesses have a 1man team or small team and they get overwhelmed with large order volume. Weeks passed with no email, no package so I reached out to the company and was IGNORED each and EVERY time. I posted *** comments which got deleted. I reached out via *** DM and *** comments and was ignored both of those ways (they can log in and delete comments and post pictures but cant answer messages...ok). I reached out via email literally OVER 10 times. I tagged them in posts on my own *** page, STILL IGNORED. I reached out via the 'contact us' section of their website, no response there either. After over a month of almost daily emails, posts etc, I sent a few emails letting them know Ill be filing fraud and dispute claims and still no response. Then I received an email with a fraudulent tracking number on it.
Im fed up and just want my money back.

I ordered six pairs of lashes on November 2, 2019, I didn't receive a confirmation email or "tracking number " until 19 days later after I had already sent them about 4 to 5 emails asking them for a status update and where my packages were only for them to not respond. At this point I would to take either my refund or I'm willing to take the items that I ordered I just want at least something to be resolved. I would appreciate if they get penalized for the stuff that they choose to ignore and running with the customers money ignoring emails ignoring direct messages and ignoring problems with their company and me trying to get a resolution and me not being upset and me trying to find an alternative and me to find a solution.

I placed an order from this company on October 16, 2019 and never received confirmation of my order, and never received the order.
The company does not reply to messages or emails concerning where my order is, they took my money but gave me no product in return, they have also disabled comments on posts after I commented asking where my products are, other customers have also commented on the posts regarding missing products and products not received as well. It's been over a month and at this point I just want my money back, they are scamming people and it's not right, I have photo prior to back up my statements.

I would just really like a refund. I was charged 23.30 for my order but never received confirmation or the product. I want to be done with this company and never order form them again, and I seek for them to receive some sort of punishment for scamming other people as well.

On September 23, I ordered eyelashes from this company and my total came out to $56. I understand it would take a few weeks to ship and now it's been way over a month. I reached out through emails and direct messages on their business page on *** and have not received a response. I also have spoke to a few other customers on their page and they have yet to receive their orders. I understood refunds couldn't be done but they could atleast send the lashes that I ordered. Their business and personal page have been advertising the products but yet nobody has gotten a response yet.

This "company"is trash they're super scammers never again in my life

I had made an order about a month ago on august 25th . No contact has been made despite constant tries at getting a reply back
My order has been delayed for a month now while as the order itself would take around a week or two to ship, the company still continues business as though nothing happened but will make attempts to delete comments they consider negative/offensive to them although they are only questions inquiring about their orders. I also made a previous order with them about two months ago and to this very day they lack the ability to give back feedback or even confirmation to orders previously made on the site.

It has also been happening to other people purchasing off the site and there is no refunds or even a text back as to when the order is coming through. The owner will be active on her main account with bags of luxury items rather then taking time to respond back to her clients which I find is very offensive when all I want is a text back about my order.

I paid $80CAD since it originally was in USD but having to spend all the money I had at the time and not receiving the product has become a problem for me to deal with, I was also blocked from her account because I tried to inquire about my order for a second time and they were more than available to just DM me instead of blocking me which is why ive come to the conclusion to contact the Revdex.com.

I would like to at least be able to contact them one last time as to ask them why they would go so far as to block me instead of just replying back to what I was trying to ask them. A formal apology included as my time stressing about this event should not have occurred in the first place.

Ordered from company 'xangelwingsx? on july 2,2019. Never received my items, I contacted the company via *** and they replied saying items will ship out next week. July 15, 2019 a shipping label was created but the tracking number never updated nor did they reply to my email or my multiple *** messages. never did I receive my items or did the tracking number ever update. many other people are having the same problem with this company and they seem not to care or reply to consumer questions, emails or messages.

I ordered lashes and sunglasses since July 10 and I have not received anything yet. I emailed them to inquire and received no reply.
Order date: 7/10 I received an email on 7/16 with a tracking number of *** however when I track it, it's showing it's still in pre-shipment. I have contacted *** with this tracking number and they were able to confirm they have NOT received the package from the company!

I would just like to received the merchandise I have paid for! I ordered a pack of 5 lashes and sunglasses! I just want to receive my package that I've been waiting for over two weeks now!

The order took over a month, I was missing a product and my emails go unanswered.

I purchased items three weeks ago and I have not received shipping information or my items.
On February 20, 2019, I made an online purchase from Angel Wings totaling $79.65 USD. It is now almost three weeks later and I still have not received shipping/tracking information for the item that I purchased from their company. I placed an order on this website on November 21 2018, I got my package late and took forever for me to get my package. I ordered 16 pairs of lashes I spent $131.00 dollars on this and once I got my package which came late I had missing products. I then I contacted the owner about this and she stated 'sorry for that? 'we will work on it? and just making up excuses. A month goes by and I try contacting them and I don't get a respond at all they just kept making up excuses. And I had posted a complaint on my social media and they blocked me so I can't contact them and they didn't help me with anything and I never got my missing product. That I spent $131.00 on !
