We received the complaint filed by Mr*** *** , and we have spoken with him and told him we would get a new mechanism for his clock and would sent a repairman out to set up for himThe factory people believe that the issue is a bent hand that is binding at 9:each day (twice) I know that the
clock ran for a couple of weeks in our warehouse and there were no issues with itWe are running a couple of weeks with our service and have changed our system so that we will let each customer know we received their issue and will get to it ASAP.We will not replace the clock itself as he paid $less and purchased a floor sampleBut his problem will be taken care ofI told him it could take a couple weeks as they will send part from the west coast.C*** Partner
