I am responding to *** ***’s letter of complaint of refund or exchanges of photographs purchased by Angela Hixson Photography from the Revdex.com, which I received via mail on December 15th 2016. On November 6, I took photos of *** ***’s
two children of *** *** *** *** ***. I find many of her statements and unwarranted. I received a phone call from *** on November 29th 2016, which she told me she was "cleaning and found the pictures days later after she received them". At first I did not know what she wanted or who she was, I immediately looked up her order and her children’s photos up on my computer and said, “they looked good”, and asked her if she had an issue or was missing any items. *** said she was not missing any items and that she was unhappy with her photosShe then asked what my return policy was, I told her that I never had a return before so I didn’t have a policy at the moment. I asked her why she wanted to return the photos when they looked fine to me. Her response was that they were too bright, and her daughter’s eyes were too dark. She then asked me if I photoshopped her one daughter’s eye. I told her that I did not photoshop her eyes and that the photos still looked fine to me*** also claimed that I took her children’s photos in direct sunlight, which I also did not, if so, the shadows of her girls would have been directly behind them instead of to the right of the girls. I could tell *** was still upset, so I offered her 1/off her photo order and she could keep her photos. She then told me that she did not want the photos and wanted to return them. Knowing that *** had possession of the photos for at least days, I didn’t know whether or not these photos were scanned or copied in some way. I told her that the offer stood at 1/off and gave her my address so she could return the photos. As of today, December 28th, I still have not received the photos that she claimed were "so horrible that she didn’t even want to keep them”. After the conversation, she told me that “this wasn’t over”I questioned her if she was threatening meHer response was “you don’t know who I know”. On December 2nd, she then tagged my business page and posted the photo that I took of her two daughters together, which is in direct violation of my copyright laws stated on my business page, that " photographs cannot be posted, copied or scanned or posted on the web without my written permission". She accused me of doing nothing to rectify the situation even though I offered her a discount of her photos. Later that day, I received a phone call from one of the *** *** *** Parents saying that all the pictures were wonderfulTo protect myself and my family, I took down my business Facebook account after I started receiving negative reviews from ***, ***’s family and friendsSince I did not know who she knew I have also set more privacy on my personal Facebook account and all personal and business phone numbersI have also made no contact with *** since that time nor do I plan to do so in the future. *** has threatened me all over $in photos that, in my professional opinion and the opinion of several colleagues were completely fine. I am asking the Revdex.com to please take down this complaint as it is in an effort to harass and/or threaten meAs well as to directly influence the growth of my business in a negative way
