Review: I ordered pastries 3 lbs about a week before Christmas to be picked up on Christmas Day by 12 pm! I picked up pastries on time and paid $40.50. I was very disappointed in the freshness and quality of the pastries! I bought them to bring to a family gathering. When we tasted them they were dry, hard and not edible at all. These were made not made fresh! They tasted like week old pastries would taste!!!

I called day after Christmas explained what happened and was told they would give me a credit to use anytime.

I then decided to go to Angela Mia on December 31st and pick up something else with the credit. When approached by employee (she happened to be the owner) I informed her of credit and she was not happy about this right away! Very annoyed! She informed me that I could not get pastries but something else. Then she proceeded to say 3 to 4 times in front of a store full of customers that she could not understand how I was not happy with my original pastries! I told her that I will not be berated anymore and questioned like I was lying! As a owner of a business she was unprofessional and insulting! I walked out of store so as to not be subjected to such a disgusting display of unprofessionalism!!! She also said to me where are the pastries I originally picked up on Christmas Day? I was not informed that I had to bring them back! I had bought them to a family gathering and I am sure thay were disposed of! No one ate them!!!!!Desired Settlement: A complete refund and a letter of apology would be nice too!
