Dear *** ***, *** came in to our shop on Wednesday wanted her gel manicure and pedicure to be fixed with her daughter who wanted a pedicure. Wednesday is Vannie's day off so I was thereFirst I thought it was going to be a quick fix
but she wanted her toes painted again and her gel manicure redoneIt would take more than hour to work on her so I told her I only have minutes and that I had appointment come in and will not be able to work on her until about o'clockIf she wanted she can come back tomorrow and Vannie would be here to fix for her, or I could have Ricky fix it for her that day, but later because he was working on somebody at that moment*** started to have attitude with me saying that the pedicure was bad and she did not like her gel manicure and she will not have time tomorrow and and if she knew it would be a long wait, she would not let her daughter get a pedicureDuring that time, we already started working on her daughter's pedicure. I noticed that she was not happy already so I told her I had minutes, I could fix her toes firstShe replied with " I guess," I then asked her "Did you pick out your toe color." She then again replied with an attitude," I guess."I asked her " Why are you giving me this attitude?, I did not do your pedicure or your manicure,"She then stood up and I said I was yelling at her which I clearly did notShe said that she spend more than one hundred dollars here every time and she will never came back hereShe called her daughter out of the pedicure chair and walked out of the shopHer daughter did not even have time to put her shoes back on.First of all, I did not do her pedicure n manicureShe requested a specific person to work on herThis person worked on her a few times before and she was happy with this nail technicianShe told the nail technician that she has been to many nail salons but was never happy with any of them. Second, we were happy for fix her pedicure and gel manicureShe was not willing to wait.Third, from looking at her toes and nails, it was not our fault but we were willing to fix it for her anywayShe just did not come at the right timeShe came in when everyone was busy and could not accommodate her needs at the specific momentBecause she wore her shoes when the toe polish was not dry, the tips of all her toe nails were pushed upShe complained that her gel was not polished close to her cuticleWhy did she not say that at the time of the service? Why wait until days later to complain about it? She is a bartender, her hands are in water constantlyIt would definitly grow out faster than a person not working in water as much.Forth, she did not pay for her daughter pedicureThey just walked out.Fifth, she decided herself to walk out and told us that she would never come back to our shop anymore.Sixth, we do not do refundsWe were willing to fix it for her if she is willling to waitWe simply had a few appointments coming that day.We do not do refund especially when she decided to walk out on her ownWe did not ask her to leaveWhen she walked out, she did not pay for her daughter partial pedicureIt is not our fault when she did not give us the opportunity to fix itWe were willing to fix a problem that was not out fault but she was not willing to give us timeThe moment that I told her we did not have time to fix it right away, she started to have attitudeI want to confirm that I never raised my voice nor did I have any negative attitude towards her until she started her attitudeWe treat everyone with kindness and respect until they go overboardWe expect the same kindness and respect in returnShe also claims that our credit card machine being out is shadyWe had a problem with a software update on our credit card machine which was fixed in a few daysWe have no problem giving her our merchant number so she can talk to them about our credit card activity. We will not apologize for the service that she recieved nor will we apologize for the way we treated her that dayWe will not refund her money neitherI apologize that the problem between my salon and *** had to come to you.Thank you

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I called in advance to let them know I needed to have the nails fixedI was told I could come in and they would take care of itI didn't give an attitude and was made to feel that I was an inconvenience to themI was assertive once she became snotty and rudeI didn't care who fixed themI paid close to $for a mani pedi, the gel polish is supposed to last up to two weeksIt was three days later and it was already chippingI didn't put shoes on over my wet toenailsThe girl that did my toes put my flip flops on before she painted my nailsYes Flip FlopsObviously Angela's Nail salon is not a customer satisfaction based companyI do work with the public myselfHundreds of people on a weekly basisI will share the experience that I had at Angela's nails every opportunity that comes along
