The business's response contains information that was not true, and I reject itThe spot that I was "unsure" of on the zipper, is the same exact spot that I came back in forIt was about an inch and a half from the top of the bootI am sure if he has a camera and pulls footage, it would be clear the area that I showed him (multiple times) when I picked up the bootsI pnly tried on the one boot (with the broken zipper), and it was very quick, so I of course did not notice that the soles were missingAgain, like I previously stated, I work long hours and was unable to bring them back in right away to ask about the soles so I just pulled some from a pair of old sneakers. Although it is unrelated to the actual matter at hand, he was extremely rude and denied ever working on my boots until I showed him the receiptHe then denied that he ever touched the zippersThis is clearly a case that he does not want to give me my money backHowever, my shoes continue to be unwearable due to his workAnd the further damage he caused to the zipper when I brought them back in (he pulled the zipper more off its track as previously stated). I would like to be reimbursed to that I could take my boots elsewhere to get fixed so that they are wearable again.

The customer [redacted] came on November *, 2016 she came in with her leather boots to be fixed. Her zipper needed to be fixed but just in one boot and she needed new heels on both of them. Her zipper had to be sowed towards the bottom of the boot since that’s what needed to be fixed. The zipper...

remained the same (original), she tried on the boots in the store before leaving, she did seem a little unsure that the boot would tear where the sowing was done. I did tell her that she could come in if it tears up again and I would not charge her. She came in a month later saying her zipper broke. I never fixed her zipper nor did I ever change it I just sowed it where it was torn, she came with a new tear in her boot which wasn't the same spot I did the first time. She also stated that we took her insoles out, but stating that she tried them on in the store she would have noticed and told us at that moment instead of coming a month later. I wa s never rude to her I never have problems with my customers I was just trying to explain to her that I fixed the part she told me to fix in the beginning and when she came back it was a new spot. If I would have replaced her zipper it would have cost more.
