Review: I ordered a product from shop.angelaiam.com 8 days ago, and when I look at the shipping status, It still says its processing. I called the number for customer service, it always says there isn't a representative available to talk to no matter which extension you use. Since my calls would never go through, I decided to email the company. I never received a email back from the company, which is very frustrating when you questions about what's happening with your money.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund of my $52 dollars. I'm not interested in the product anymore, and I'm very leery about my credit card information in the hands of this company.

Review: I placed an order on 9/**/13 with this company in the amount of $154.92. When I received the products, not only were they not what was reflected on line (the style of shirt versus sweater), the quality was not what I expected. I tried calling this company only left with the option to leave a voicemail. Many of my voicemails and emails went unanswered. On 10/**/2013 I received a response and a phone call from an employee named '[redacted]' informing me that I would need to contact the manufacturer of the products if I wanted to consult them about the quality and misleading photos they gave to them to post on the website and possibility of a refund. I contacted [redacted] and spoke to the owner named [redacted]. He said he will give me a refund upon receiving the products back. I sent those products on 11/**/13. Since I had not heard from [redacted], I called and left a voicemail requesting a return call. An employee named [redacted] contacted me and let me know that they run their company with integrity and that they would only be able to give me a refund based on what they made for the shirts and that [redacted] would have to give me the remaining amount of what they earned on the products. I stated that I did not pay two different merchants so I do not expect to chase two different merchants, so they need to figure it out amongst themselves and process my refund since they in fact had the products. I have not heard back from [redacted] or [redacted] (a new employee at [redacted]). I received an email on 1/*/2014 from [redacted] stating she processed my refund on 12/**/13 and that "it generally takes 7-10 business days to receive" I have not received a refund as of today 6/*/2014. I could not dispute this with my bank because even as of December **, 2013 (the supposed day [redacted] at [redacted] processed my refund) was over the 60 day policy for disputing transactions. I have sent email after email and made phone call after phone call, only to be ignored. I have all the emails from them to me and vice versa, and receipts from USPS of them receiving their products. I even sought legal action to see what my options were and this was the first step in the attempt to get my money back. If this fails I will have no other choice but to go the judicial route. These two companies should be ashamed of themselves for posting false photos of items, giving false information, falsely attempting to cure the situation, and ignoring a consumer. I want nothing to do with either of these companies and I am very very leery of these companies having my credit card and personal information.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and an apology for all the stress and chasing I've had to do for a transaction that should have been relinquished months ago.
