[.If Angel wants to look at the facts,Then yes we had an agreement for applications, But When I went back for the second treatment/ application, she didn't even touch the needle on my skin and just pretended to do soThe reason I am saying this is because I didn't feel the needle on my skin and there was no ink in the equipment, and during that time I brought up the subject as to why she wasn't finishing the application she said to come back weeks later (september 10th) and she will finish it thenI said that I don't want to come back a third time and pay extra but she said that I didn't have to pay for the 3th application because she is just “fixing” the damage she did on the first applicationAnd when I went back for the third application she demanded that I pay an extra $for the mistake that she did on the fist applicationShe has already damaged my eyes and I do not feel comfortable or trust her to fix my eyelinerI was very unsatisfied from the first applications and I TOLD her that, but she kept telling me that she will fix it on the “next applications”. She was NOT professional and she kept stringing me along and demanding more money even after she has damaged my eyes with a permeant tattooI attached a picture with this respond for you to seeI didn’t get the eyeliner that we agreed on and I am not asking for a full refund ($800), but for a partial ($400)for the unfulfilled eyeliner application. ]

On Friday, July 29th, Ms. [redacted] paid for and received her first of two contracted permanent makeup applications.  On August 20th, she returned for her second, final application, which she received.  Our mutual agreement concluded at this point.  When Ms. [redacted] arrived on...

September 10th, we reminded her that we had fulfilled our contractual obligations to her and that any additional application would incur an additional charge (see facts below).  At this point she immediately because argumentative, personally insulting, and resorted to extortion and blackmail via defamation.  This Revdex.com Complaint is only the beginning of her fraudulent action.   Facts: 1.     Ms. [redacted] received, prior to any service rendering, a consultation which informed her of our policies as well as well as what to expect during the typical permanent makeup process.   2.     During this consultation, a shape was chosen that Ms. [redacted] approved, and a photo was taken prior to performing the application.  The post-application photo reveals that pigment was applied where Ms. [redacted] requested.   3.     Ms. [redacted] signed, prior to any service rendering, that she understood that her payment includes two applications.  She received two applications.   4.     Ms. [redacted] signed, prior to any service rendering, that she understood that, due to the fact that everyone’s body retains pigment differently, no warranty or guarantees have been made to her as to the results.  Some individuals do not absorb the pigment well and need additional applications beyond the typical two.  This was both orally explained and in writing, which she initialed and signed.   5.     Ms. [redacted] signed our additional treatment fee policy, which we adhered to and maintain is fair to all parties.   6.     Our priority is always to have our customers satisfied with our work, which is why we are upfront about risks, costs and complications in an effort to manage expectations that perfection is not always achieved.   7.     There is nothing to “fix” as she alleges; nothing is broken or “damaged”.  If she wants additional color, anyone in our industry would do as we have done.   8.     Services were delivered as promised, and there will be no refund.  Our door is always open to Ms. [redacted] if she understands our pricing structure, as she represented she did, previously.  We want her to by happy, either way.   Regards,   [redacted] Office Manager ###-###-####   Angelbare Permanent Makeup [redacted], MA [redacted] www.angelbare.com
