Terrible service as well as terrible customer service, I went in to see Mrs Diana A.in the beginning of February and after waiting four hours to see her & bringing all of my information to do a SIMPLE tax returns, she wrongly filed it because she forgot to put my Obama Care information that I had handed to her in the beginning of our meeting, after the IRS contacted me regarding this issue she then proceeded to tell me that it wasn't any of her concern whether it was filed wrong and that I was " immature and rude" for telling her that her there was an error in the filing, its been about months and I still haven't received my tax return, I again contacted the IRS and they told me I had to re-file, I went to her for the 3rd time and asked for a refund of the dollars I had to pay since she had messed up my taxes for the 3rd time and she refused, I stated that she was unprofessional and she proceeded to tell me that " look at how your dressed, your the one that's unprofessional" the s
