In my letter I forgot mention that this business Angeles Electric didnt just overcharge me on 11-17-but they also over charged two other jobs on that same dayKen mentioned that to me over the phone when I called him to try to resolve this over charging issueHe said he put extra charges on the
other jobs since he had to pay his guys for traveling out to neah bayI said how can he do that, I told him thats fraud and you shouldn't be able to just throw extra charges on jobs for time they didnt doThis company needs to be audited, because if they did this to several of us here in neah bay I'm sure sadly it wasn't the first time they've done this.Thank you *** ***

My apologies for the delay in this response. We had a snow event here last week that kept us in the field, not the office. [redacted] lives in Neah Bay, WA which is very close to four hours round trip for our service vans from our office in Port Angeles. Prior to our trip, I spent a good deal of time talking to her about the items she wanted us to address and the work she needed accomplished so that we had the best chance of having the parts she needed once there. It was clear to me that she needed more than a full day of labor for one man. We had three other customers in Neah Bay that we visited that day. To meet [redacted]'s needs and their needs, I sent two men in one van. All three of the other customers required only one hour of work once onsite. [redacted]'s work required 12 hours of labor, once onsite.[redacted] claims that the hourly rate of $98.00 should apply to her, regardless of how many electricians we send. I can honestly say I have never had anyone tell me that. I explained that we provided her with 12 hours worth of work and that had we sent only one electrician her work would have taken more that one day. That would have meant another four hour round trip of travel time. We billed her for 2 hours of travel that, which represents one way for one man to Neah Bay. I don't know how we could have been anymore fair. As mentioned, we spent most of our day working for her. [redacted] asked for a breakdown of the task performed by each electrician, and the time spent doing each task. The attached information was sent to her in an email to her on January 19th at 5:04 PM. [redacted] sent later sent her payment in full, along with a letter included as the second attachment.I would be happy to talk to anyone about this further.
