This company advertised AKC Boston Terrier puppies for sale. After agreement was made for the price of one of the puppies (Lily) and shipping to the Albuquerque, NM airport via email, we made payment in the amount of $770.00 via CashApp to $ghostsaintpatrick. ($300 on 3/7/20 and $470 on 3/8/20.) When it came time to ship the puppy on 3/10/20, the shipping company requested a minimum of $989.00 additional for shipping. We declined to pay the shipping fees and requested a refund by email and through CashApp. We have not received a refund and have been blocked by this alleged business in CashApp. When we declined to pay the shipping fees, the individual we were speaking with threatened to file criminal charges against us for abandonment of a puppy and other charges. We have retained all correspondence via email and CashApp with the seller and shipping company, along with all phone numbers, addresses, information, and documentation provided.

Refund We request full refund in the amount of $770.00. Although we also had lost wages, as I took off work for the day to make the trip to Albuquerque, and we purchased specific items for the puppy, we are willing to settle for the price of the puppy and shipping paid in the amount of $770.00.
