Angelina's Pizza

Review: I ordered a pizza and paid with a credit card. When the pizza did not show up in one and a half hours I called and ask were it was and they said I gave them the wrong address and phone number. I said why would I be calling you about my pizza if I gave you the wrong address and phone number? They took down my information again and said they would make a new pizza and deliver it and I said OK thanks. When the pizza got here I tipped the driver 3 dollars and took the pizza in the house. When I opened the box the pizza was over cooked, black, dried out and ice cold!! When I called to complain they once again told me I gave them the wrong address and phone number and it's not there problem and hung up on me!! I feel as if this pizza is a health risk if I eat it because I don't know how long it was sitting out for or if it was tampered with! This incident happened on 12/31/2014 between 4:22 pm when I first ordered the pizza and 6:40 pm when I called to complain about the pizza after it was delivered.Desired Settlement: I want a written apology sent to my house from the owner and a full refund.
