Revdex.com spoke to Mary at business and the following was relayed: The original issue was related to the corsages which can potentially have issues as they are out of water and are pressed up against regularly. I am willing to refund the amount for the original complaint issue regarding the two corsages....

That is the extent I am willing to issue a refund. Revdex.com is requesting pictures from the customer regarding reported issues of flowers.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Our original complaint was about the bridesmaids bouquets as well, but we will accept the refund for the corsages. Regards, [redacted]
