Angelita's House Cleaning Service

If you like condescending customer service, in my opinion Angelita's service is perfect for you. After being a customer for over a year my wife called [redacted] after a recent cleaning when she noticed that none of the couches, rugs or carpets had been vacuumed.
[redacted] responded that her staff did not vacuum because their vacuum was broken. Apparently while her staff frequently used our non-reusable house cleaning products (paper towels, trash bags, etc.) without permission, they decided not to use our reusable vacuum, perhaps hoping we just wouldn't notice. In any event, not the end of the world - yet.
When my wife next asked [redacted] what she would do to remedy the situation, [redacted] took it to a whole new level and gave a condescending response that we ONLY paid $90 for each monthly cleaning (noting our house is a single story under 1,500 square feet and each cleaning is under an hour and a half) which [redacted] did not consider a significant amount of money. I'm sure there are some people who would agree with [redacted] that a yearly expense of $1,080 is insignificant, but neither my wife or I are among them.
