We had Angell's Pools put in our salt water poolWe were first time pool owners The owner assured us that he would be available for questions (and concerns) He was terrible about returning phone calls and textsWe tried both his phone and the business phoneHe later said he was never given the messages He was supposed to show up with another guy to measure for a pool cover (he never showed up and didn't advise us that he didn't come to do so) We started having problems with the pool and contacted another pool companyThey came out and found that one of the skimmer plugs was missingWe were diligent about cleaning out the skimmers every dayThe filters for a pool that was only a few months old were awfulThe filters were full of mud! I would never recommend him to put in a poolIt's a shame, because he came across so differently but the customer service couldn't have been any worse
