I have used Oak Bay Computers a few times and will definitely call again if I have any other computer issues! The tech has been awesome every time! I recently contacted Oak Bay Computers as my computer appeared to have had a virus. The tech was amazing! Not only did he sort my computers problem out but he also helped me set up an online backup service which I had no idea it even existed! Now I never have to worry about loosing my pictures or important documents as it automatically backs up on a regular basis. So brilliant!
Im actually great-full the tech had set up the backup service as I recently spilled water on my keyboard. Once again the tech from Oak Bay Computers came to my rescue. After not knowing what to do with my computer and a quick call the same tech gave me a few tricks to try and save my computer. After waiting several days to make sure my computer was dry I finally powered it on. I was so happy and thankful it worked and with no apparent signs of damage.
So happy with their service every time and would highly recommended them to anyone!

I found the service to be excellent in every way: timely, friendly, going the extra mile to be helpful. I thought I needed more ink cartridges for my computer and the technician picked some up for me en route to my home. He wanted to make sure I got full value for the hour of service I was going to be billed. It was a really nice welcome to the neighbourhood!

I just had my car completely detailed, inside and out, and was 100% satisfied with the results! The friendliness, thoroughness, and professionalism were top notch, and my vehicle looked AMAZING! I have used this company a couple of times and I have found them to be very responsive and professional. The service was very quick and easy. In one instance they had to come to my home to install wifi so that I could have coverage throughout my house. They arrived on time and were finished in no time, explaining the process in a manner that I could understand. The next time I needed help, the technician was able to log into my computer remotely and the whole process took under 20 minutes. I am most pleased with this company and I will certainly use them for all my IT needs from now on.

Robertson Technolgy Group quickly identified my hard drive issues and worked with me to find the least expensive, but reliable fix. They went out of their way to help when a follow up was needed. Communications with me were excellent. Highly recommended.

When I called Oak Bay Computers, I was in a bit of a panic. My laptop had fallen pray to a virus. I learned from Oak Bay Computers - who responded promptly - that my computer had been attacked by a "malware." [redacted] came to my home and provided great service. He relieved my concerns; he cleaned up the problem; and taught me how to tackle the virus if it was to happen again.

I was in need of a computer issue that needed resolving . Along with that I had Win10 installed. Both were done right away to my satisfaction. Well worth the small cost.

Review: we put a deposit down for daycare and in less than 24 hours we decided that we did not want to go through with it so she refused to give us our deposit back of $60 because we found a different place and so we decided to just go for it and we paid 170 for for him to start but we wasn't happy my wife dropped him off they put him in a swing he was to big for...other kids were crawlng on a dirty floor some Kids had runny noses touching on each other etc the place had a spoil smell ..wife was not happy... So a hour later my mother in law go up there to check on him he was still in the swing crying with another kids trying to scratch his face and his grandmother walked in right up to him to comfort him and they don't not ask for identification which then I did not approve so we sent for him to be picked up and brought to his grandmother house so when I arrived I told her I wasn't happy with the operation that happened today and that she could minus the two hours he was there for and I would like a refund she refused and say she dont give back refunds and there no documents stating the return policy and we have receipts for what we give her and we checked ratings on her daycare and there are reviews talk about child abuseDesired Settlement: We jus want our money back without any major problems

We are responding to a letter we received about a complaint that was issued against Angelles Place Childcare. On April 20, 2015 Mr. [redacted] came to our facility to take a tour and to get an application, on April 23,2015 he came back and dropped off the application along with $60.00 registration fee. On April 24, 2015 Mr. [redacted] called and spoke with the Manager and stated he wouldn't be bring child to childcare because they found another facility around the corner from mom's job, at this time he asked for a refund he was told ALL FEES ARE non refundable and he said ok. On April 27, 2015 Mrs. [redacted] shows up at the center to drop child off. We were not expecting him because staff had already been told he will not be attending so no one took the child from her at this point because they were confused, mom stated it was miscommunication between her and the father. Mrs. [redacted] paid the Weekly fee and asked a few questions and left. The child was placed in a bouncer for a short time because staff was in the process of feeding other children that had arrived earlier. When grandmother arrived she was asked her name she stated her name and said I am his grandmother, a staff member asked management if there was anyone listed on child's file that couldn't have contact and it wasn't so there was no need to ask her for identification she was not picking child up from center, at this time the child was in a swing that was age and size appropriate. About 30min to a hour later two other women showed up to check on him at first they just wanted to see him but he started crying when he noticed them and one of the women stated I'm just going to take you home because I can't stand to see you cry, she was asked for identification before the child was released. If facility was so bad why did the parent (dad) come by twice and didn't have any complaints. Grandma #1 could have taken him if environment was so bad. Mom shouldn't have left him if environment was so bad. When he was picked up a staff member was holding him he was not in a swing and this was verified by 3 different staff members. When dad came to center later on that day and asked for a refund and said deduct 2 hours I explained to him AGAIN I don't give refunds and it states this in my parent handbook that was given to him along with application on April 20,2015 sorry if parents didn't take the time to read it. I had to turn away another infant that morning because they had brought their child in that day. I only had 1 available spot in the infant room. I don't charge hourly my rates are weekly or daily. On April 24, 2015 Mr. [redacted] was told no refunds are given. Sorry parents didn't like facility but we weren't given a chance and when I told Mr. [redacted] he didn't pay for 1 on 1 care he said oh. we can't neglect other children to give one child special attention just because parents want us to. We love all of our babies the same. The child abuse reviews have never been founded and they come from parents that were seeking revenge for what ever reason. I know what kind of facility we have and the staff are loving. No matter what people think or say we are Good In GOD's eyes. An Environment Full Of Love is what we have. SORRY NO REFUNDS, THIS IS STATED IN THE PARENT HANDBOOK.
