Our office has 9 seriously delinquent accounts on [redacted] totaling $767.77. All are from one medical provider, none are near 7 years old. Our obligation is to maintain the accuracy of those items on the credit bureau. This means we are only obligated to... update any paid account as paid - we are under no obligation to remove paid accounts. However, I will agree to remove the items once they are paid and provide a letter showing they are paid & deleted. The other 7 accounts will remain on her credit bureau, or will be reported if they have not yet been. If Ms [redacted] is interested in paying and having those removed, she may contact our office to discuss that option. Please note it may take up to 30 days for the credit bureaus to fully process our deletion instructions. Thank you.

Account Services is a third party debt collector retained by UT Southwestern Medical Center and Physicians' Group (UTSW) to recover past due accounts. We are an Associate Business Partner with UTSW - there is no HIPAA issue. *** *** presently
has accounts totaling $16,placed with our office by UTSW. Ms *** is presently employed at one of the hospitals in the ** *** *** ***. We contacted UTSW to satisfy Ms *** claim that this was not her account(s) and her HIPAA concerns. A supervisor in the billing dept of UTSW contacted Ms *** to confirm our relationship & the balances owed. Ms *** was unable to discuss the accounts at that time and they agreed that our Dept Manager would call her later today. UTSW will provide Ms *** an itemization of the accounts if necessary. We contacted Ms *** at the agreed upon time and she terminated the call as soon as we identified ourselves. Presently of the accounts in our office have been reported to the credit bureaus. The other 9 will be reported within a week or two. Should Ms *** wish to discuss ways to remove her accounts from the credit bureaus, or to setup payment arrangements, she may contact our Dept Manager - *** ***, at *** ext ***. Thank you

Our office received an account on *** *** from ** *** *** on 5/29/for $221.16. Our notice containing the FDCPA notifications Mr *** refers to was mailed to him on 5/30/14. We are not required to send these notices via certified mail. We will forward him
a copy of the 5/30/notice to the address provided in his complaint. The notice contains our address and phone numberIf Mr *** wishes to discuss options to remove this item from his credit bureau, he is encouraged to call our office & speak to the department manager *** *** at *** ext ***. There were no FCRA violations and our industry is not within the purview of the FDIC. Thank you

Our office received accounts from UT Southwestern Medical Center and UT Southwestern Physicians Group on V*** ST*** for services rendered to MrT*** totaling $343.37. A payment of $was made January 18, 2018. On February 27, 2018, we were provided a "flex
card" to pay the remaining $293.37. Upon receipt of this complaint, I instructed our consumer support department to mail statements of the accounts indicating payments made and the zero balance. The statements were mailed on March 27, to the same address as is listed in this complaint. Should MrT*** have any further questions, I request that he call our office at *** *** *** and speak with the department manager, M*** B***. Thank you

Our office received an account from *** *** *** *** on 12/12/for $696.08. Multiple letters and phone attempts occurred with no response. Account was reported to the credit bureaus by our office on 1/31/13. Consumer called our office on 9/21/when she
realized our listing was on her report and asked how to have it removed. We advised her once the account was paid in full we would be able to remove it. We were the company that placed it on her bureau, we are the company that can have it removedShe then asked about settlement option and we told here that was available, however the account would remain on her credit bureau as settled. On 10/17/16, she called & requested an itemization of the debt. It was requested from the hospital & sent to her 11/18/16. She then called our office on 1/10/& elected to settle the account for 50% of the balance. She was reminded that the item would not be deleted due to it being settled. The payment was reported to the credit bureaus and the listing was subsequently flagged as settled.Presently the account is flagged in our office as "Settled". However, if Ms *** wishes it removed from her credit bureau, we would still be willing to do so once the remaining balance of $is paid in full. She may call our office & speak to the department manager *** *** at *** ext *** to pay off the remaining portion and request its removal.Thank you

Account Services received an account from St John Hospital in Michigan for $on E*** M*** on August 23, 2017. We had no record of Mr M*** being represented by an attorney in regards to a motor vehicle accident. Upon receipt of the complaint, we contacted Mr M***
who referred us to his wife (A*** W***). Although Ms W*** had previously notified us in January that she had an attorney, we were unaware that Mr M*** was included in the same accident. We have sent deletion instructions to the credit bureaus regarding Mr M***

Our office had active accounts on *** *** from South Texas Radiology. One for $with a date of service of 9/25/14, and another for $with a date of service of 12/22/14. These are separate charges for separate services rendered by our client. The
$account was reported to the bureaus as unpaid. Notice was sent to Mr *** on 7/9/advising him that the account would be reported to the credit bureaus after days if remains unpaid. The account was then reported after days. Mr *** made payment on this account online on or about 9/4/15, almost months later. The credit bureaus were then sent notification of the account being paid in full. The other account for $remains unpaid. We are obligated to accurately update the credit bureaus which we have done. However, if Mr *** pays both accounts we will agree to delete our listing from the credit bureau. Additionally, we are resending Mr *** an itemization of both accounts to the address listed on the complaint. Mr *** can come by our San Antonio office, mail us a payment, or contact us at 1-800-460-to pay off the $account. After payment has been processed, Mr *** may call us back and request that our listing be deleted. Thank you

Account was forwarded to our office for collection in November for services rendered by a hospital in Michigan the previous year. On November 9th, 2017, a notice containing information about the account, and that it was subject to being reported to the credit
bureaus after days, was sent to the address provided. Whenever an item is reported to the credit bureaus, the Original Creditor (hospital in this instance) is included in our listing. The item was reported to all major credit bureaus on Dec 27th. This complaint is our first indication of any dispute regarding the account. Upon receipt of this complaint, the Department Manager called & spoke to Ms *** about the account and that we would mail her an itemization of the debt. Ms *** was very concerned about this being on her credit and they discussed how to have it updated or removed. Thank you

Our office received an account on *** *** from South Texas Radiology for $for services rendered on 7/13/12. The account has been reported to all three major credit bureaus and references the medical provider. Upon receipt of this complaint, we attempted to reach Ms ***,
but have not yet received a call back. I will have itemization of the account sent to Ms ***. If she has any further questions, Ms *** should contact *** *** - Dept Manager at *** ext ***. Thank you

Our office received Mr. [redacted] past due hospital account in October 2016.  Despite several attempts, including notices, to contact Mr. [redacted], our first conversation occurred yesterday, July 6th, 2017. That was when we were initially informed...

that Mr. [redacted] had previously paid the account.   Small $25.00 payments had been made up to that point.  Mr. [redacted] then faxed over information showing he had paid the balance with his credit card on February 17, 2017. With this information, we were able to research and confirm payment in full had been made in February.  Today, the department manager called Mr. [redacted] and informed him that we had posted his payment, and we would remove this from his credit as he requested. Thank you.

Mr [redacted] called our office to pay off his medical account on 6/10/15.  His initial payment with his credit card was declined and had to be re-submitted.  Payment was successfully posted on 6/12/15.  The following week we sent Mr [redacted] a letter confirming that the account had been paid,...

that it would be deleted from the credit bureaus, and to allow 4-6 weeks for deletion.  We have confirmed that all 3 credit bureaus have been cleared, and within that time frame.

In response to Account Services. I will agree to pay the accounts but I also want to note that I was not properly notified about any of these accounts to begin with. I simply want the accounts deleted based on the fact outlined in my complaint as well as the fact that I was unaware any of these were going to collections. Please make sure the company list the account number or control numbers in reference to the credit reports on the letter as well as that amounts of $100.00 & $75.00. ACCT SERVICE[redacted]COLLECTION ACCOUNTOUTSTANDING BALANCELAST REPORTED DELINQUENCIES: 09/2016=I9ORIGINAL CREDITOR: MEDICAL PAYMENT DATAORIGINAL CREDITOR CLASSIFICATION: Medical/Health CareORIGINAL CREDITOR: MEDICALORIGINAL CREDITOR CLASSIFICATION: MEDICAL/HEALTH CAREFIRST REPORTED DELINQUENCY: 11/04/2014MEDICALCOLLECTION ACCOUNTCOLLECTION ACCOUNTCollectionAttorneyOpenACCT SERVICE[redacted]COLLECTION ACCOUNTOUTSTANDING BALANCEORIGINAL CREDITOR CLASSIFICATION: Medical/Health CareLAST REPORTED DELINQUENCIES: 09/2016=I9ORIGINAL CREDITOR: MEDICAL PAYMENT DATAFIRST REPORTED DELINQUENCY: 05/18/2013ORIGINAL CREDITOR: MEDICALORIGINAL CREDITOR CLASSIFICATION: MEDICAL/HEALTH CAREMEDICALCOLLECTION ACCOUNTCOLLECTION ACCOUNTCollectionAttorneyOpen
