Regarding Mr ***'s response, I have no real problem with the ownerHe was courteous to deal with and did offer $of the $repair bill to me in creditAt the time he made the offer by phone, I told him that I expected more, but the $was better than nothingBut after a day, I felt differently when the fact that no repair was actually done bothered mePlus the fact that I authorized the repair is misleadingI authorized the repair BEFORE the repair took place because the technician told me that it would fix the fridge, not once, but on two occasions The fridge/ice maker was NEVER repairedPlus, the tech told me that he didn't really know how to fix the fridgeSo again, my point is this, why should I pay for something that was never done? I would be okay paying the $in labor, but honestly feel that the entire amount should be refunded since the repair was never successful They are welcome to have their parts back
After visits and $in charges, my fridge is worse off than it wasThe initial reason of the call was never repaired, and the repairman did something to cause the freezer drawer to drag when openingI called the owner to file my complaintOwner offered a refund of $ The entire $was a complete wasteI expected a full refund Why should I pay for repairs that didn't work?? I recommend using someone other than this company for repairs
