My window pane got broken and of course needed to be fixed the owner of my residence told me to contact Columbus glass and screen I contacted this company and the person taking my called told me that the tech need to measure the window and would be there in a couple of hours I waited and before I knew it was the close of the business dayI waited until the afternoon of the next day to call again thinking that the company would have the courtesy to call me and let me know what happenedI called and left another messageThe next day I received a call from the tech making me aware that the work order had been lost and that he would come to my residence ANYTIME tomorrow from 8am- 3pm I opted for 9am, I am still waiting to get my window fixedA broken window is not a pleasant thing to deal with but this company made it worse
WHAT A GREAT JOB THEY DID. [redacted] AND HIS CREW SHOWED UP EARLY AND WORKED STRAIGHT THROUGH TIL THE JOB WAS DONE (AT 4 PM). THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND WERE VERY PLEASANT TO HAVE IN MY HOME. THE BOSS AND SEVERAL OTHER CREW MEMBERS ALSO SHOWED UP. THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB, VERY METICULOUS AND CARING ABOUT THEIR WORK. WHAT I REALLY LIKED WAS THAT THE SAME ONES WHO DID THE MEASURING ALSO DID THE JOB. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR WINDOWS, DID I MENTION THEY ARE ALSO EXTREMELY REASONABLE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND .
Came 7.5 hours late, without elementary business courtesy of notification of running late !! Made appointment for 8 am, turned up at 330pm !! I gave twice complete details of job over phone yet took one look at my window and said they do not do such jobs. Could have just said that over phone and save myself and themselves a lot of hassle. Incompetent and very unreliable.
