Jim was very hard to deal with from the startFirst, his workers lost my gutters screwsSecond, they damaged my siding on my house when they were replacing a window trimThird, the workers left a mess in my backyard
When I talked to Jim about the workers losing my gutter screws it seemed he did not care and was not concernedThe worker or workers did come back and replaced the siding that they damaged, but the siding looks worse than beforeWhen I sent him pictures of the siding, his response was "Is there anything that we can do to make you happy?"
The paint job was not as professional as I was led to believeI noticed places around the house where they did not paint and did not take off the tapeVery disappointed with this company
