In regards to the window installation on January 31, 2008. we are befuddled why we were never informed about the house being cold and a lot of moisture around the windows. Eight years later we get a complaint?The windows fit the opening, there was never any cause to avoid calling the [redacted]'s about...
the installation. [redacted], had a very good repore with them, he did windows in their home and they called him for other window work. If there was any question about the job [redacted] would have called the home owner, the [redacted]'s, he would never consult with the renters. He was a man of integrity.As far as the spray foam insulation that [redacted] used we never use that product around our windows. It does not give the windows an opportunity to contract or expand as the seasons change. The windows may be harder to operate in the warmer months. [redacted] called and told me she had a problem with the windows. I always check the installation date, check with the installer because "I cannot tell someone what the installer did and why". She told me she would never do business with us again and then hung up on me.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. While the siding has been repaired I still did not receive a sample from them. The sample I have came directly from the siding manufacturer. I did eventually receive the contract from the post office but it was damaged by USPS and arrive in two halves. The biggest problem with the business was their lack of communication and response time to get a simple siding issue repaired. I should not have to file a complaint with the Revdex.com just to get the job done.
