We use Angelo's carpet cleaning service for many years now to clean our carpets for stairs and 3 bedrooms. We have 2 very young kids under age of 8. Our carpets gets cleaned by Angelo every year and they look amazing. He can take out tough stains out and leaving the carpet looking like new again. Highly recommend Angelo in carpet cleaning.
Angelo has been cleaning our carpets for 25 years and I am completely satisfied.
He has witnessed a busy household of 5 people plus 2 dogs, grow up. When I've needed emergency help because of floods or animal mess - he has been able to respond quickly and reliably.Thank goodness! Regular cleaning has helped to extend the life of the carpets and
saved us money in the long run. It's well worth the cost of cleaning.

I'm startled to read these negative comments about Angelo and his company. We have been using this service to clean our carpets for over 20 yrs. That fact alone should be prove of just how good they are at what they do. Angelo and his crew are competent, hard working, and very friendly. Both my mother-in-law & sister-in-law use Angelo's company to clean their carpets as well. Reliable, dependable, & hard working are three positives that I would use to describe Angelo's business.

THE WORST RUG CLEANERS ON THIS PLANET!
I hired "Angelo's" to clean my 3 area rugs on Oct 16/2018. I usually use "***" but discovered Angelo's FabriClean (carpet, upholstery, are rugs) on Internet. Due to the fact that Angelo's FabriClean provides a pick up service I decided to book him this time. I paid $558 when he picked up my rugs. He told me that he was 30 years in this business and committed to provide excellent service to his customers. The carpets were delivered few days later. I did not check them upon the delivery because could never expect that somebody would charge that much money and tell me that he has been in business for 30 years yet deliver completely untouched dirty rugs. One of the smaller yellow rugs had dog's hair, dust and pieces of dirt. That was condition of this rug when I gave it to Angelo's. It showed me that this rug was not even vacuumed. I wonder if he even opened it. The large yellow rug (100% wool Indian rug) was full of dust and still had some stained spots. The fibres of the rug were pushed down. I have seen this carpet when it was professionally cleaned by another company. It looked almost new.
The only rug which looked like that Angelo's attempted to clean was the pink rug. Although it looked better than other two rugs I wood need to reclean due to a few not cleaned spots. At this point I called to Angelo's office in North Vancouver and requested a full refund. The owner was rude and denied to refund my money.*** I contacted my credit card and asked for their help to recover funds from Angelo's. In my opinion "Angelo's in home carpet" has no knowledge or proper equipment to clean area rugs. He charges large amount of money upfront for service he can not or does not want to deliver.***. I think that Revdex.com should look into this situation. ***. I do not think that " Angelo's" should be a member of Revdex.com.
Area rugs were properly cleaned. Upon pick up of rugs customer continually complained about how bad the previous company had been! How bad the service was and that it was a horrible job done by them! Sound familiar? Area rugs were taken away cleaned properly has has been the case for 33 years now by us. Area rugs were returned clean and in good condition. Customer would not let us un-roll the rugs and were told to leave! Those rugs would never have been delivered unless properly cleaned! ***. This company will be seeking legal advise on the basis of these false accusations. ***. Customer agreed on the price and signed for that price prior to the rugs being taken. ***. After 33 years the quality of our work is second to none and we have countless references that can attest to that! Hopefully in these days of social media smearing people will be able to sift through fact or fiction. ***

Angelo's Fabriclean
He collected my 3 rugs and only one of those rugs looked somehow cleaned. I do not think that he even opened other two.***
This time I decided to try Angelo's Fabriclean because he was offering to pick up my rugs. I wish I never did. My best advice to people who will try to use the company is to READ THE REVIEWS! He does not have that many good ones. My additional comment that the owner is rude and no-cooperative.
