Review: I brought my boots in for replacement of the heels. When I received my boots back, the material surrounding the ankle was so damaged that the boots are no longer able to be worn. If the heels could not be repaired without damaging the rest of the boot, I should have been told as I would not have repaired them. It makes no sense to repair heels if you can no longer wear the boots. I can supply pictures if needed.Desired Settlement: I would like an exact replacement of the boots as they are one of my favorites, but I cannot find the exact ones. As that is the case, I would like partial reimbursement for the price of the boots so that I can put it towards a new pair. The boots originally cost $150, but since they were not brand new, I would be willing to accept $100 for them. With new heels, these boots would have lasted several more years. This is a big loss to me as I cannot afford new boots often.
