Review: On April 14,2014 I went to seek the services of Angel's Accounting Inc. to file my 2013 taxes. [redacted], attended me. I gave her all my W2s and my identity theft pin code. I paid her in cash that day for doing my taxes, as she didn't accept other payment method. After three months I noticed I hadn't received my 2013 refund. So, I thought maybe because I was a victim of identity theft IRS was taking a long time. After waiting a couple of weeks more I contacted IRS and they told me my taxes were never filed. I then contacted [redacted] to seek an answer. She didn't tell told me that she forgot to put the identity theft pin code that is required when filing. By that time I had shredded the code for protection. She then told me not to worry as she could get it for me. a month went by trying to get a hold of her and nothing. I would go to the office and it was always close. I had to miss several days at work and time, just to never get an answer nor a hold of her. One day I got lucky and found [redacted] who I Believe is the owner of the business. She then told me she would take care of it, but said she was busy so, to just leave my phone number. Another month went on of trying to get a hold of [redacted], just to find out she was out of the country and would not be back soon. It was a lot of back and forth, lost time, stress and burden as I was suffering the consequences of the lack of ethics. I then talked to [redacted] on her return and advise me to call IRS and get another identity pin code, I did and she said "Leave it with the salon next door and I will file them asap" I did that and never got a copy of my filed taxes nor my W2s until this day nor a refund. She told me [redacted] took them personally and got a copy of the return but I never got it for different excuses they have. I am trying to refinance my home and just found out there is no record of the 2013 filed taxes. I need this issue resolved.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)
