We try reaching out and leave voice mails but he does not respondHe's denying all the help we're trying to give him, he says he doesn't want to stop by the dealership, but wants us to fix the problemHe doesn't want to stop by because he hasn't made a payment in days , there is a reposition out for it & that's why he does not want to come , we're willing to help him out but & trying coming to an agreement , but he does not answer our various phone callsWe just want to know what he wants us to do , when he's rejecting everything & does not respond to us or come to the dealershipPlease let us know what he would want us to do,

I am rejecting this response because:
II have only received 1 phone call from them and no voice mail. I will no longer  speak to them. Every cent I've had has gone into this vehicle. I've had 2 mechanics look at it both of them had said the same tbing, that this vehicle should never been driven off the lot and that in no way the vehicle was priced any where near what the vehicle was worth. The van is completely unsafe to drive on the road.And even if they say they are trying to resolve the issue I can mot trust them and will not being the van any where near the shop. I live in this van and everything I own is in it. And I would be stupid to trust them everything I have.I have consistently missed job interviews because of this situation with the van. The van being unsafe to drive has now made things tha5 much more difficult and no longer do I have the mean to get anywhere.
