This is in response to a complaint filed by one of my customersNow to address the issues he complaing about.1st thing when the customer
brought the Money we ordered all the Parts for his vehicleSome were on back orderWhich means they weren't made yetWe got everything in Dec 2014.We took the job in September It took about another month to get it fixedBecause it had hidden damages ancloserao supplement that to get paidIssue noI did get evictedWhat people don't realize is that you have to wait on insurance checks to pay your billsSo when it takes weeks to get it when the rent is due causes a financial strain on the BusinessSo I moved to a location that was half the rent I was payingAt the time also ** *** *** *** ** ***And put me out on the StreetI was not in a good position I admitSo I didn't tell the customer my situationI finished his vehicle in January No The customer vehicle paint was very fadedI tried to buff it to make it shine betterBut it really needed a Paint JobHis Insurance Company didn't want to pay to Paint the whole vehicle to match the rear BumperAnd his Paint was a custom color from the DealerIt has different Pearl Colors mixed into itI offered to try and get it closerHe said I had his vehicle long enough and took itThe only remedy I'm offering is Half Off a Factory Paint Job to be painted by me
