in response to the complaint with our company, this homeowner has several of the facts incorrectwe did do a resurface on the roof in sept of last year and the homeowner was instructed that that the work that was done would only be a temporary fix because the roof was nearly beyond repair
and she needs to have the entire roof replaced or covered with a t.p.otype rubberized roofas far as the warranty is concerned their was never any offered to the homeownershe had asked about a product warranty that offers a limited warranty against any fading or discoloring and she had taken that upon her self to wright on the paid receipt that we offered her a extended warrantyher phone calls were answered and apparently she did not like the response we gave herif she has had other people trying to fix another leak they apparently was unable to repair it alsothe homeowner also stated that she had people on her metal roof winterizing her air conditioner in the cold after the roof had frozen and I am certain that walking on a frozen metal roof has separated some of the joints that would certainly cause additional leaksall our work is completed professionally and she should have considered our recommendations

want my RV repaired by them since the damage was caused by their defective tireI don't understand why I should have to file an insurance claim because lionhead tires are producing substandard tiresDo they not understand that you can buy all the advertising in the worldBut if you've got one dissatisfied customer making negative comments it spreads like wildfireEspecially if you live and work in a community of people that live in RV's

The warranty period for the tires on the Mr***'s RV was for one year from date of retail purchase Purchase date was August of so the warranty period expired August Due to the significant time period between August and
today, we are not in a positon to be able to provide any benefit under the original tire warranty

I have forwarded the pictures of the Drivers Side Rear tire to Lionshead as requestedI have not accepted their offer as is, but stated in my email that if they are willing to add the compensation for the Drivers Side Rear tire (bringing the total to tires), that I would be willing to accept their offer and close my complaint

although I do feel that there was a manufacturing problem with the tires and would have liked to have all of them replaced, Lionshead did agree to reimburse me for the tires that had obvious tread separationThe price per tire of the reimbursement was what I believe to be a fair amountMy dealings with the company were all thru *** *** and she was more than helpful and very responsive to my emails

I have been in contact with Mr*** this morning and we have been able to reach an agreeable resolution

I am rejecting this response because: First I was never told it was a temporary fix, or that the roof was nearly beyond compare, or to have a tpo type roof put on the home. I want to mention here that I was assured when I purchased the home that the roof was in good condition. When I viewed the house, before the purchase, I noticed some water marks in the bedroom and Mr. L[redacted] stated at that time (September 2013) that they had taken care of the roof and I wouldn't have any issue however I have had several since the purchase. I did not ask for a warranty however Mr. L[redacted] told me there was a 3 year warranty and I have attached a copy of the check which has right on the front 3 year warranty that Mr. L[redacted] endorsed and cashed. I have also attached a copy of the receipt he gave me. I would also like to mention, if I didn't before, that there was a terrible leak in my spare bedroom ceiling 4 months after he coated the roof. Most contractors I have talked to, due to the recent leak, stated that if the roof was covered properly it shouldn't have leaked. I would be happy to send you my phone bills to show when I called him about the different leaking issues which will also show he never called me back. I did hire someone, because I couldn't get a return call, to fix the leak in the spare room which he did and it has not leaked since in that area. Lastly I will be happy to have the man who winterizes my swamp cooler tell you that my cooler was taken care of during the fall NOT during the winter,(NOT FROZEN) AND the leak in my spare room is no where near where he gets on the roof to weatherize it.I bought this home in good faith and gave Mr. L[redacted] every opportunity to work with me. I had a roofer come out and was given a quote to resurface the roof which will cost me $600.00. I do not believe that giving me a 3 year warranty and then not honoring that warranty is ethical and that I should have to pay out more money when it is apparent to me that Mr. L[redacted] and his brother did a bad job of resurfacing my roof since it barely lasted 4 months
