To Whom It May Concern, 0pt;">I received a copy of the complaint from [redacted] This was the second instance Ms [redacted] had visited our locationAt that time of this complaint we had only been open two weeks and we were trying out new bread due to customer request for softer bread Nothing else had changed in the recipes for the sandwiches Our kitchen staff have degrees in culinary arts and baking & pastries from [redacted] and have Serv Safe certificates Our kitchen staff keep their hair pulled back to help keep it out of the finished product Our waitress is still on our staff and you are more than welcome to contact her and get her information on this instance as wellHer name is [redacted] and she can be reached at the bakery Monday-Friday 7:30-2:30pm ###-###-#### [redacted] came into the kitchen and informed us that they customer was being rude and had asked about the bread I informed [redacted] that we were trying other bread to accomadate all of our customersShe went back and informed Ms [redacted] At that time Ms [redacted] said that she would not be back, but that she wanted to talk to the manager [redacted] then apologized and informed us that they would like to speak to [redacted] , my husband and manager He was busy at the moment hanging a chaulk board but said he would speak to them as soon as possibleWhen [redacted] went in to talk with the ladies and ask how everything was Ms [redacted] was very rude and said that she did not want to hear our reasons for changing bread [redacted] was trying to explain that we had some older customers that were having trouble with the bread so we were trying new types to see what everyone liked betterAt that time the ladies all got up and were walking out saying they were not going to pay for their foodThat is when [redacted] picked up the phone and said he would call the police if they did not Ms [redacted] became very loud and even told [redacted] to shut up that she did not want to hear our excuses One lady did walk out without paying and we had to go outside to catch herShe later came back in and told us that she had found a hair in her sandwichI apoligzed and said that she would not have to pay for her meal, but that we did not know she had found one because she had just walked out without saying anything We also apologized to the other two customers that were dining with us that day that they had to listen to the commotion during their lunch Before Ms [redacted] left our establishment she was yelling and telling everyone here to not eat here and not to come back and that she would ruin usI was in the kitchen preparing meals and my husband had asked if I would speak with her I came out of the kitchen to speak with her and she would not let me speak so I just walked away At that point [redacted] asked her to pay her bill and leave [redacted] was upset and speaking loudly, as he asked her several times to leave our establishment before she would leave I would like to get this complaint taken care of as we are a small local family ran business that makes our customers feel at home We have received all star reviews on our Facebook page other than the complaints from Ms [redacted] and that lady that was with her at lunch that day We sent in complaints to Facebook on those complaints as they were damning to our business and [redacted] himself If you need any other information please fill free to contact myself or *** [redacted] Owner/Chef Angels Bakery & Cafe ###-###-####
