I am responding to the complaint case #*** from Angels by the SeaWe apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused this customerWe at Angels by the Sea values with the highest sense of regard
We work closely with
any customers who have issues with our return and exchange policyTypically we tell all customers if things are final sale and they cannot return or exchange like jewelry and sale items
Our Return/Exchange policy is that within days the customer is allowed to come in to the store and return or exchange their items for something else with the original tags and receipt
We DO NOT allow refunds, but under special exceptions, we will
If the customer had happened to call or come in herself we would have gladly and willingly gave her a refund if she was this upset about not being able to get a refund for her dress
The Assistant Manager said that she remembers the husband coming in to do the refundThe Assistant Manager said she was extremely nice to the husband and just informed him of our return/exchange policy, he didn't seem upset at all and walked out seemingly fineI'm not sure what triggered the initial customer to be so angry to inform you, the Revdex.com, of thisIf she were to have came in herself and refused an exchange; we would have gladly refunded herShe obviously doesn't quite understand that we are NOT foreveror a large corporate company, but a small locally own boutique, and every sale is importantThe return/exchange policy is on the receipt, as well as, it is also front and center on the counter right in front of where customer purchases
We highly regard all customer interactions and want all customers feeling they can walk out of our store happyI will personally email this customer and see what we can do to fix this issue
