sounded impatient and annoyed. She didn't know any details about my incident. I described my situation to her. She asked me what I want. I told her to get a full refund of my 2 nights stay. She said she would ask the hotel. I asked her to call me back once she speaks to the hotel. She said ok. But I never heard back from her again. I checked my credit card statement. I was never refunded back. I called her again and nobody picked up the phone. I left a message with my name, phone number and case number. She never called me back. I was never reached out by anyone else from the hotel. The problem was still not solved.
