Good morning:I am responding to the complaint filed.? I have been in touch with the customer and have completed some of the concerns.? ? 1.? We will add some dry concrete mix to close up the crack that formed near the auto cover.? This will provide some protection to further expansion of the crack.2.? The pool liner has had liner lock installed in all corners.3.? I spoke with Jamie this past Monday regarding the ladder in the deep end and his concerns.? We have a plan to remove the ladder hinges to make the ladder more stable.4.? I am in the process or getting a new lid for the auto cover vault so it can be replaced.5.? I will gather al the necessary paperwork for all components of the pool and have it delivered on our next visit.6.? The WIFI wire has been installed for the control panel.7.? We will complete the steps this fall and I talked with Jamie regarding that during our conversation on Monday.8.? Grass seed and fertilizer were spread throuhout the yard a week ago Tuesday - prior to the rain Tuesday night/Wednesday morning.9.? A new chlorine feeder has been installed.10.? The test kit will be delivered with the manuals.Since this complaint, I have communicated with the customer via text and also via one phone call this past Monday.? We are working to complete everything on the list
