Angels in Disguise

John of Calgary Weatherdek built a new new deck for us two years ago. It was on time and on budget. It looks great. The reason I'm writing this review now is because I had such a good experience with a service request. In a large rainstorm a few days ago some water began to leak into our walkout basement window below the deck. I thought the deck was causing the leak. I called John on the weekend and left a message indicating that I had had a problem. He phoned me back within an hour, and offered to come and see it on Monday. He came by on Monday, and looked over the situation thoroughly. He determined that the window on the deck level of the house was not properly sealed and that this was allowing rainwater to leak through the seal and downstairs into the window below. There was no problem with the deck. Even though the deck was fine, he offered to come back at no charge and seal the window that is causing the problem! I am very impressed and highly recommend this company!
