This is the same form letter I have received SIX times with the same information after logging into the ***I requested this again on Jan 3, via *** and not received a response
I have called the number for *** and left a message and no one returns the callIt is run by the Customer Service Dept of Northwestern Van LinesI called Northwestern Van Lines and left a message for customer service on Jan4, and no one returned my call
I am requesting THREE things from this company:
When will my belongings be delivered?
Where are my belongings physically located at this time?
Go back to the original amount on the contract instead of having it DOUBLED!
My husband is not sleeping due to this and I have now gotten physically ill due to all the stressIt is not good for either one of our physical being

I have continued to contact this company on a daily basis. The only people that answer are the customer service department. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the highest level of manager available was a supervisor named [redacted]. She said she could not give me a delivery date that they only forwarded information. I asked to speak to [redacted], the owner and was told he is out of the country for an undetermined amount of time.
I sent another request last night to [redacted] and have not received a response. On Dec. 28,2015 I called the 1800 number for [redacted] and the Northwestern customer service associate answered so I am assuming they are the same company which again is showing a deception by this company.
I have the bill of lading, the contract and proof of payment. My contract with this company is: [redacted]. I don't have a delivery copies because this company has not delivered my belongings.
This could have been settled by the owner or a "Manager" if there is one calling me and giving me a ETA and adjusting my amount owed by to the original amount.
This company won't even tell me where my belongings are physically located. I have been told Kansas City, Chicago and Kansas.
They are taking advantage of a DISABLED PERSON AND ELDERLY PERSON. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible to get a resolution. The resolution that would be a "fair" resolution according to [redacted] letter is to get my belongings delivered to me as soon as possible and to have the original amount owed reinstated. I have attached the moving claim because I get this every time I send in a request on my delivery except like I stated before I have not received a response from my latest request. [redacted]
