This is *** from *** touch home improvement regarding Mshearts complaint yes we were working on the house prior to us working on her house ms*** needed a place to stay due to the fire at her residence so she was staying with *** and her two children while we work on her house because I
decided to move from my house she was also asked leave with her two children for not paying her portion of bills at the house she also was taking money from the money that was supposed to be use for our house and brought herself a new car which because she had to leave the residence she told us that we were no longer needed to do the work at the house or the right permits Will were pulledI to us working at the residence she decided by firing us that she can save money by having our family members help her work on the house but little does she know when you have one contract to come behind another it always cost more and the new contractor does not know where the old contract the left off she had her stuff stored at my house which she fail to pay the storage for you as well I understand this company may have some other complaints but on the bottom of each contract it states if you decide not to have ***s touch home improvement removed from the premises you would have to pay 15% of the original contract once again she fired us prior to buy any of this really happening so therefore she owes us money and why report something now that the work on our residence was done a year ago we gave 115% to this woman and her house super therefore if she chooses and would like to go to court on this we will be more than happy to we have all documents and receipts as well so therefore we are not liable or responsible for anything that was done to that house after we were terminated I have all copies of every single paper miss *** always a balance of $10,and we have not pushed on this yet please ask her to read the bottom of the contract and if she has the contract 440-532-***
