After talking to all staff members that were involved with this sale and delivery I found out that Ms [redacted] had come in looking for a new bedShe spoke with [redacted] about purchasing a bed and how that worked with us [redacted] informed her that all beds are ordered after a purchase has been madeAll beds are refurbished mattresses and box springsAt that time she did not purchase the bed she wanted to look around firstAbout a month later she came in and purchases the bedMs [redacted] comes too the store often and has tried to get a refund before and was not able toWe have a no refund or exchange policyIt is posted on the wall behind to registerShe asked if we would take her old bed for her and was informed that we do not do that because we can not resale them and are not equipped to haul someone else's rubbish offWhen the guys went to deliver the bed for her they stayed to make sure everything was set up right for herAgain she tried to get the drivers to haul off her old mattressAfter the bed was set up Ms [redacted] sat on the bed and pushed on the bed and said that would work just fineThe guys did remove the plastic coverings for herIt was about a week later that Ms [redacted] came into the store demanding her money back because she claims that the bed is to hard for her to sleep onShe was very loud and rude in the store yelling at the staff and threatening to turn us into who ever would listen to herShe had [redacted] call and ask what our policy is for returns and or refundsThey informed my staff that was no way to do businesswe have to let the customer try out the beds firstMs [redacted] also had a detective come to the store to check our licensing and suchReal had my staff a little on edge with thatI would say that it was a few days later when I got a phone call here at my office from some lady claiming to be Ms [redacted] 's daughterShe started demanding that I give her mom a full refund and come get the mattressI explained that we could not do that because by law we can resale the mattress and box spring, besides on special orders most places do not do refundsShe started getting rude with me and started making verbal threats against me and my companyShe said she would make life a living hell for me and would involve everyone she could think of to get involvedWe do have a no return and no refund policy and it is posted for all to seeI find that it is hard to wok with anyone if they are not willing to listen to any solutionsI am very sorry that this woman does not like the bed now, but at some point it was okay because she did not come back to complain for at least daysI am not sure if there is a solution to this issue now, but I do hope that something happens to protect us from any more verbal threats and harassment.Sent on: 1/4/4:19:PM

I am rejecting this response because:They are not giving all the truthful facts of the situation as well adding additional facts that are falseThe facts are listed as 1.That a woman stating she was my daughter demanding they refund the money to her mother and accept the merchandise backShe also stated my supposed daughter also stated that she would make their life a living hell2.As far re:having a detective going into the store to check out licensing, etcis as I do not anyone in that profession nor would've I have ever considered this type of action for such a minimal purchaseAs far as the return of an item, I returned a watch that was not working and this is the only time I have ever gone back to return something I purchasedWhen I told *** , manager about the watch she told me there were no refunds but, she did give me credit for other purchases in the storeIn re:to my old bed I only asked them if they could take the box springs to their trash because I had already demolished the mattressThey responded that they couldn't but, they did take the burlap for me.5.In re:to the delivery and setup of the bed as I stated before as the bed was being setup we were talking and then they leftThey no dialogue in regards to if the bed was acceptableAs of 12/8/I have not returned to the premises or ever called with threats or harassments.I hope this can be resolved in the near future
