I feel that this complaint is unjustified because we did go back out on more than one occasionI was asked to get there as soon as possible and we did, but were told by an angry lady of the house, telling my people not to bother her while she was eatingMy roofer told me that he had called ahead as wellAngies Roofing and Construction

I am rejecting this response because I have been promised numerous times over the last nine months that work will begin on the roofI have even prepaid $4,upfront in additional consideration to get the project up and running. Every promise made to start the project has not been met and I have not been given a reason. Every time I call or text for an update on when we can get started or why the roof has not been replaced, I either get no response or I am told that I would get an update soon. However I never get an update as promised. If there are extenuating circumstances, why have I not been told about them? I have lost all confidence in this roofing firm and would like to get my money back so I can get my roof replaced by a reputable firm.
