customer contacted us with the complaint and we discussed resolution. have already replaced the 8 missing rivets and waiting for customer to bring trailer in to measure for a bezel for the interior front vent.
I am rejecting this response because: We expected a high quality job and do not feel it was necessary to advise we did not want any corners cut. The vent should have been installed with the box. The amount of time that the trailer was at your shop was more than sufficient to cover all requested work. That alone cost us significant revenue as the work shouldn't have taken 3 weeks. At this point, we simply want our complaint on record so that others can see our experience. We do not wish to bring it back for additional work.
