Review: This Company Angies Glitz N Glam has bad customer service issues. When I purchased my shoes they did not send a confirmation number confirming that my order was received. I contacted them through email cause no number was provided, and they were so mean. It took them a month to send my order. Not only do they have CS issues they are also false advertising there products online. I purchased a pair of $135 shoes which I thought looked really nice on the website it provided. When I received my order the shoes did not look the same as the picture on online at [redacted] they did not send me a receipt in case I wanted to send back the shoes to retrieve a refund in which I believe was done on purpose. I do not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this website. Its a scam! Those are not the shoes I ordered!Desired Settlement: I would like my receipt and refund from this company.
