We have worked with sherry and tried to resolve circumstances, some beyond our control
I'am sorry for her inconvenience and loss of use of her car while we repaired it
Too that end we would like to offer to re-imburse
her for a car payment and also extend a $service credit that can be used for future parts and or service work
