Hello,The only reason we would not accept a gift card is because it was issued before Anglers Center went out of business in 2011, and its assets (including the name) were purchased by another corporationIn this kind of purchase, the purchaser assumes no liabilities (including gift cards)
from the business it purchased the assets fromHowever, after the purchase, the new company still took old Anglers Center gift cards as a sign of good will for an entire two years at a substantial financial lossUnfortunately, new computer systems have been installed and old gift cards (or older) can no longer be processedHowever, if the gift card is in fact newer, we can still process it and one of our associates made a mistakeIf possible can you please attach a photo of the gift card so we can verify that this wasn't the case

Review: My wife ordered a Troll Pro from Anglers and was billed a total of $169.88. This amount was deducted from my banking account on 12/18/2013. I was billed this same amount on 12/20/2013 from Meltons a company associated with Anglers. I have talked with Customer service several times at Anglers and furnished them a statement from my bank showing the double billing. I was told since they cannot find where they billed my account the second time that I would not receive credit for the second billing.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the double billing of an item I ordered
