I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I did speak to Rick, he did explain to me the vehicle was not purchased at an auction, I understand that. That is still irrelevant to the fact they sold a vehicle that I truly feel they knew the true condition of and did not disclose to me being the buyer. It may not be illegal, but is unethical.

We went over the few cosmetic items that were done to the truck. Per Rick [redacted] the person that spoke directly to him, he understood and everything was okay....
