I am rejecting this response because: He never told me to take my car to the dealership. He told me after breaking my door to never bring my car back to him because it didn't like him. If I paid him for my car to be fixed and it wasn't then I am owed a refund. I had to take my car somewhere else for the same issue to be fixed. If this cannot be resolved through this channel  then I will be forced to file a claim via small claims court.

somewhere that I could not find. I informed that I had done everything I could that to permanently resolve her problem. I admitted that there was nothing else I knew to do. at this point it would probly best to check with dealer.  she contacted me month or so later to inform me that she had the car repair someplace elseand it was short in a relay that I did not replace.
