In regards to this complaint I was unaware of this situation because communication in the store was not dealt with in a proper manner, and I was out of my store working in other
locations during this periodI was able to locate the couch within minutes of receiving the letter in the mailI spoke with Mr*** on Saturday the 24th, and he was able to pick up his couch that eveningI apologized to Mr*** times on the phone for us dropping the ball, and referred him to call me personally if her would ever encounter any further problems
