Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, I am now still $out of pocket, as I had to make a payment on the account ( which they owed the entire balance on) to prevent late fees and a delinquent report being filed to my credit score.Once all monies owed to me are repaid, I shall be able to close this complaint.On a more personal basis, why is the company thanking the Revdex.com for 'any inconvenience caused and for bringing it to their attention'? Surely this should be directed to me, the inconvenienced customer! You have my telephone number, I shall await your apology

I spoke to Ms [redacted] today and apologized for any issues she had and explained to her that I would audit her account and any monies that she had paid for services not rendered would be returned to her account by next weekShe feels that she should not pay for any services that were rendered to her and I explained to her that she was financial responsible for all services that were rendered to herShe hung up on me during our converation.After I complete the audit on the account I will contact Ms [redacted] and update the Revdex.com on her credit amount and refund that amount back to her for services not rendered Al [redacted]
