I am not agreement with his decision If you look at the photos of the dentures the work is not worth paymentThey never fit and as you see the dentures are missing some teeth

I am now still $500 out of pocket, as I had to make a payment on the account ( which they owed the entire balance on) to prevent late fees and a delinquent report being filed to my credit score.Once all monies owed to me are repaid, I shall be able to close this complaint.On a more personal basis, why is the company thanking the Revdex.com for 'any inconvenience caused and for bringing it to their attention'? Surely this should be directed to me, the inconvenienced customer! You have my telephone number, I shall await your apology.
Mr [redacted], The response on thank you for bringing this to our attention was meant to you. All responses to the Revdex.com are always shared with the consumer. Once the refund posts to your [redacted] account, you will then have to request a refund from [redacted]. That is how that will ensure you receive your $500.00 payment back, we cannot request that I your behalf. Again I do apologies for any inconvenience that have have caused my apologies to you you Mr [redacted]. Al [redacted]
I spoke to Ms [redacted] today and apologized for any issues she had and explained to her that I would audit her account and any monies that she had paid for services not rendered would be returned to her account by next week. She feels that she should not pay for any services that were rendered to her...
and I explained to her that she was financial responsible for all services that were rendered to her. She hung up on me during our converation.After I complete the audit on the account I will contact Ms [redacted] and update the Revdex.com on her credit amount and refund that amount back to her for services not rendered. Al [redacted]
The refund that was in Question has been completed to the patients account at [redacted]. Attached is confirmation that it was completed. There was a delay in issuing this refund as a clerk made a data entry error and this delayed getting the refund submitted sooner. I do apologize for this...
