I am rejecting this response because they make no mention of my request for a 10% discount I'm requesting the discount because of the inordinately long wait and lack of adequate communicationfor the replacement parts to arrive The current defective blind was in the locked down position, unmovable, which impairs the inflow of any cool air when the large window is opened This created anuncomfortably warm daytime living situation for a month Also, theyshould have inspected the original blinds first at the dealer before scheduling the installationThey wouldhave discovered the defects then, and waited until replacement parts arrived, to do one singleinstallation Instead they removed our old curtains, which were functional, andthen found the two new blinds were defective This caused much unnecessary consternation Finally, I have to sign out for "vacation" time from work to be home forthe second installation to replace the defective materials.I feel the 10% discount is a reasonable request considering the above issues

Thank you for your replyI am rejecting this response, however, as the link you've provided requires the viewer to have a cable/satellite subscription in order to watch said contentAs stated previously, I don't have an active cable subscription, but I purchase ***TV content through iTunesThe "Below Deck Reunion" was not advertised or billed as a "Watch What Happens Live" program or specialAdditionally, it was an hour long (as opposed to WWHL's standard half-hour runtime), and aired in the "Below Deck: Mediterranean" time slotRegardless of how this content appears on your production schedules, this is for all intents and purposes, an episode of "Below Deck: Mediterranean." It was even advertised as such on your own network!Please provide me with a link or login or some means of watching this material on either an Apple TV or a laptop computerI don't have a tablet and am unable to use the ***TV app as a viewing optionI acted in good faith when I purchased this item from Apple (and I even purchased "Below Deck: Season 5" this morning)Not providing access to this content for which I've paid would be inappropriate on its own, but even more so given the loyalty we've shown to your network, be it monetarily (via the legal purchase of dozens of seasons of ***TV content) or through general boosterism (we even dressed as Lisa Vanderpump and Giggy this past Halloween!)Additionally, a failure to provide the content for which we've paid will also open up the potential for additional advertising complaints
