I had the pleasure of meeting with Angwell Travel a couple of weeks ago at a restaurant to talk about my timeshare and any questions I hadMy husband and I went to the meeting scared we were going to be sold somethingWhen we got there we were greeted with a very kind rep named [redacted] She took us to the table and explained who they wereWe had never heard of Angwell Travel before so we weren't sure what to expectThey were so kind and they answered so many questions we had about our platinum pointsWe actually are excited about using our program now that we know howI wasn't sure what to think about talking with a company outside of our specific timeshare at [redacted] but they answered every question with detailWe went home to find out everything they told us was accurate, and we even booked a trip to Hawaii for the summerWe called [redacted] to see if she would help us through the first booking process and she didWe were so thankful to meet with them, and learn how to use a program we paid thousands of dollars for
I bought a fixed week at the Coral Reef Beach Resort in FloridaThe fixed week I bought is week 14, which is the first week in April, a beautiful time to travel to FloridaThe week I received a deed for is week 34, the end of August, an awful time to travel to FloridaIt sounds like I went to the same presentation in Valencia, California on Dec17, as another reviewerI have been paying fees to keep it from being foreclosed on me but am seeking legal counsel to recover a refund of what I have paid
I am extremely disgusted with my entire experience with Angwell Trravel On December 18, we met at a local restaurant and spoke to a Scott (not sure of last name) and Reggie H We were told we could trade our current timeshare at the London Bridge Resort and get a different one associatedwith RCI and we could reduce annual maintenance fees by selling back weeks each year to offset the fees The deed we received for Coral Bay Resort is locked into a specific week and is only for week and the resort would not rebate or return any fees and stated we only have week To make matters worse we were locked into dealing with Timeshare Wholesalers of Pigeon Forge who still has not completed the transfer I have sent everything they asked for, they cashed my check to cover the deed being recorded and the transfer has not been done I have years of maintenenace fees I have had to pay and as of today I was told the deed transfer has still not been submitted This transaction with your organization has cost me thousands of dollars
